Located in the Southern California city of Rancho Santa Margarita, a developer purchased a series of 13 lots where they built 13 unique architectural styles and footprints.

Given the opportunity to design each lot as well as the master community landscape, we were able to generate compelling designs at a lower cost through economy of scale and prefabricated design features all while compiling with the strike design standards of the master-planned community.
